We do not offer any refunds for event tickets unless the event was cancelled and another date has not been set. If we decide to refund a customer, ticket fees will not be remitted. Only the ticket face value and taxes applicable will be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only exchange tickets for events with another event ticket. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
